What to expect at TokyoCon

Quirky and The Geek presents a mini–con bringing Japanese pop culture products to the heart of Winchester!

We've always dreamed of having all the products we source displayed under one roof and that is what we're bringing to TokyoCon!

If you've visited our market, you'll have seen us in action! Now...imagine that times ten! That will be TokyoCon.

We will be bringing our whole Japanese offering of products along with extra TCG sellers, Gachapon Machines, Competitions, the chance to Cosplay, meet Pikachu for a photo opp and more!

  • Early Bird 10AM-12PM

    This ticket will assure a 2-hour time slot from 10AM - 12PM.

    If you would like longer to look around, we will manage this on the day, just ask a member of the team to re-enter. We will stamp your hand!

    Value of ticket fee will be reimbursed in the form of a gift bag.

    Buy £3 per person 

  • Standard 12PM - 2PM

    This ticket will assure a 2-hour time slot from 12PM - 2PM.

    If you would like longer to look around, we will manage this on the day, just ask a member of the team to re-enter. We will stamp your hand!

    Value of ticket fee will be reimbursed in the form of a gift bag.

  • Standard 2PM - 4PM

    This ticket will assure a 2-hour time slot from 2PM - 4PM.

    Please note the event finish time is 4PM.

    Value of ticket fee will be reimbursed in the form of a gift bag.

Please note, due to the size of the venue and this being a start-up event, we are assuring 2-hour time slots at this point when tickets are purchased. We will stamp every hand on arrival and track numbers of people in the room if necessary so that you can re-enter as soon as there is capacity to do so.

Also, to keep track of numbers we are making this a ticketed event! All ticket fees will be reimbursed in value within a gift bag of products on arrival at the event. If you do not come to the event, you will not be eligible to receive this gift bag.

If numbers allow, we will have tickets available on the door but will update with this information closer to the event date.

Paul Woodhouse Suite, Winchester Cathedral.

When you arrive at the cathedral entrance, look out for our TokyoCon signage that will lead you to the event entrance!

Getting here!

Winchester is very accessible with great public transport links such as buses, trains and a Park & Ride option too! There is also free parking available in some car parks on Sundays - we recommend Chesil Street Car Park!

Food & Drink

The Paul Woodhouse Suite that is holding TokyoCon is situated nextdoor to the Winchester Cathedral Cafe. They have a great range of food and drink available just a few steps away from the event.

There is also endless bars, cafes, restaurants and fast food options in Winchester! We recommend popping by the Market and supporting the traders once you've finished at TokyoCon! There is some great food options!

We will be stocked in full force with trading cards! From singles to packs and booster boxes you will not be disappointed!

We will have a full section of the room dedicated to buying and trading too so bring your folders along with you to trade and sell your cards!

We will also have other TCG traders on site to ensure there is an even greater range of cards available!
