Shipping policy

Shipping Providers we use: 

Large Letter - Royal Mail - £1.99

All items that can be shipped as a large letter will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service. 

Standard Parcels - Evri-=

 All parcels over the size of a large letter will be shipped using Standard Evri Shipping (2-5 business days) and shipping costs will be dependent on item weight, this will be calculated at checkout. (Between £2.99 & £6.49 dependent on weight).

Express Shipping Parcels - Evri

If you wish to have Express shipping, this can be chosen at checkout at a flat fee of £4.99 for any size parcel. The item will be sent using Evri Next Day Delivery, dependent on the time your order is made, this may mean that delivery can take 1-2 business days. The item will leave us the same day (if made by 2PM UK Time) but is dependent on Evri collection service to ensure that the item arrives the following day. If your order has not arrived after two business days, please contact us on quirkyandthegeek@outlook.com.

 

Liability

Quirky and the Geek will do all that is reasonably practicable to ensure your order arrives with you on time. Any liability for supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed/lost/misrouted order will lie with the delivery service provider. However, Quirky and the Geek LTD will do all they can to support any claims with the courier.
